Funds

I have been using Ebay for buying and selling for 15 years and this new policy of witholding funds is the last straw. I sold 2 items and posted them to the buyers. They received said items and left me good feedback but still Ebay are going to hold funds for 14 days.I sold an item to an elderly lady and she wants to pay cash on collection but Ebay blocked my message so I cannot send her my address.I contacted customers services about this but they are not interested so I have had to cancel this poor womans purchase(which is a dolls house) I can't exactly send a dolls house by post! Ebay have lost the plot so I am closing my account as soon as I receive the funds that are owed to me. I bet Trump put them up to this idea he's another greedy git.

If you add the tracking when you send items, you will be paid 48 hours after tracking shows delivery and won't have to wait 14 days.

Ebay no longer allow cash on collection.  Buyers have to pay before you can exchange details.

Re: Funds

I use royal Mail 2nd class post and have never had a problem ,items usually
arrive within 3 days and you have to pay extra for tracking. If the buyer
has received the item and left feedback why should Ebay hold your funds for
14 days. As for no cash on collection this elderly lady does not have a
smart phone and wants to pay cash. The problem is Ebay are being too greedy
and holding money in their bank account for 14 days. I prefered paying a
listing fee and cash on collection. As for this buyers prtection fee,it's a
con.
