Funds in balance

I sold an item for £15 and my eBay balance shows £2.24 funds available. I can't find any information as to why my funds are lower than what I should of receive. Any ideas what's happening?

All transactions pass through PAYMENTS, why not look for yourself, we cannot see your account.

Unless ebay tracking shows as delivered, you have wait 14 days for payment. 

If you upgrade to business seller, no funds hold or buyer premium.
