Funding a refund from bank

I withdrew funds paid for an item then buyer wanted a refund which I accepted. Ebay has refunded their card but hasn't yet taken the money from my bank (as above, I had already withdrawn it?  2 weeks now since the refund got to the 'buyer' still waiting for ebay to take it from me.

Any refund will come from your preferred payment method you selected in your account and payments,if you have no balance or pending balance.

Ebay should also notify you of any refund made.

If the item was sent via GSP then Pitney Bowes take responsiblity for refunds on behalf of buyers

Thanks.. I know they said it would come from my preferred source, my bank
account but 2 weeks later it's still not been taken.
