Why would the seller want a damage bag of sweets returned?

A seller has the right to get their goods back before refunding, they have to cover the return costs via a pre-paid returns label.

Re: Food returns

If the damage happened in transit they would need the evidence in order to claim compensation.

Re: Food returns

If I have sent them pictures of the damage surly that is enough evidence for a claim

I also have no printer so I can't get a label

Re: Food returns

You can ask the seller if they're willing to refund without return.   If not do you have a friend that could do it for you?   Or your local library will have computer and printing facilities.
