I received a honor 8x phone from a seller, worked well for a week. Then the phone didn't keep its charge kept turning off after few minutes. I hope it would work itself out. I tried to Contact seller but couldn't for  weeks from  some gliche weeks

When I could get hold of him it was 6 weeks. He said he wouldn't refund as over 30 days. 

Any one now what a can do to get my money back please

eBay's MBG policy,   their Money Back Guarantee policy is written on every listing, and  the basics are....  you have to put in a clam for an item received that is not working / item not as described,  within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.

With excuses and promises you should not have listened to, you have gone over this period to claim with eBay.
