Should have known better given the 'bargain price', but anyhow looks likely I have fallen for a scam listing that 22 other buyers have. It comes as no surprise that the first negative feedback on the seller account is now starting to appear today..
"Scammer Please be careful! Tracking was not provided and then item marked as delivered but received instead cheap necklace from Debenhams!!!!!! Please don't buy!!! Dont be as stupid as me"
Didn't have a good feeling after realizing seller had marked as dispatched but provided no tracking.
I contacted seller but never received no reply, and now I know why.
Paid for it on 18th, was 'Dispatched' on 19th but the ebay 'estimated delivery' could be up to 30th Jun.
Can I do anything in the meantime??

That feedback comment shows the buyer was sent the wrong item.
If you receive something that was not ordered, make sure you open a return, stating the item was 'not as described in the listing'.
If nothing arrives by 30th, open an 'item not received' case on July 1st.

For what it may matter the feedback left breaks eBay rules and can be removed and may do the buyer harm.
Please see the feedback from @jckl1957 . If it does not arrive on the day stated open a case "I did not receive" and do not enter into any discussion or listen to any whining "please wait a bit longer". No! Escalate the case as soon as you can. If it then does arrive but is something else you can open a second case "not as described".
To win a non-delivery case the seller will have to prove delivery by tracking. @sujigirl

Thanks for the replies.
I'm confused as to what kind of case to open and when, or what is actually going on here!
As mentioned above, someone had received a 'cheap necklace' from Debenhams via Evri instead of the blender they ordered in the ebay listing. The seller did not provide them any tracking.
I contacted the seller for tracking but no response. Today I received a 'bikini' from Debenhams via Evri .
I have no proof this package is from the seller, but I can only assume this given someone else has received a similar package, instead of the blender they ordered, like myself.
Item not received case - I'll have to wait til the 30/06 to do this - The seller may just give ebay a tracking number and the case will be closed because an 'item' was delivered?
Can I then open a second case afterwards?
Item not as described - how do i go about proving this package I received is even from the seller?
I don't understand why we are getting Debenhams packages of cheap rubbish.

If you have received an item from Debenhams, it may have no connection to your Ebay purchase.
Hold onto that item for now.
As advised earlier, if the item never arrives, you can open an item not received case.
If the seller then uses the tracking for the item you received today to prove you did receive a parcel from them, then you can close the not received case and open a not as described case.

Thanks for your help!
My 'eBay purchases' now shows that my blender was *delivered* yesterday to my address.
The only package I received yesterday was the bikini from Debenhams.
The Evri tracking number on the Debenhams package matches the tracking number given on the eBay 'Order details' for the blender. The tracking number was never on there. It magically appeared after delivery.
Should I open a 'Return request' now or wait? The seller sent this message after it was delivered, and they again didn't include a tracking number, seems a bit strange ...
'Hi there, we have just investigated and it looks like our supply team have mixed your order up with someone else's, we have already arranged your item to be sent out again, its due to be with you within 3-5 days. Please ignore the current status of your order because your order is on the way. We are sorry for the inconvenience'
'item didn't match description' or 'received wrong item'? Does it matter which?

Personally, and I know this may not be what you will do, I would wait a few days to see if the item ordered does turn up.
Then, if nothing else does arrive, open a return.
Use the reason 'received wrong item'.
The seller then has 3 days to supply a label before you can ask Ebay to step in.
If the blender arrives and you are satisfied that it works you can close the case.
