How can I change the feedback I left a seller? I did ask them to request a  feedback reversal

Was it a negative feedback,  positive feedbacks cannot be revised.

Make sure whatever the issue was it's been fully resolved,  and you've done all you can,  that is,  to ask them to send you  feedback revision to complete.

HI. I did ask the seller to request a negative feedback reversal. ( Found out her mum passed away in a car accident hence the ignoring of msg . the item never came and I got a full refund £200. Seller is re sending the items

 Positive feedback can't be revised,so what feedback did you ask to be revised.10 days and the request will be cancelled if not used.

It was negative. I thought the seller could request a reversal

At least the transaction is now sorted in your favour,so no point in leaving a follow up reply underneath the existing feedback now either.
