eBay's tracking is notoriously slow to update, it may take a few days longer then your payout should be released 2 days after that delivery date.
If you find it's taking longer to update, contact eBay Customer Services provide them with the tracking details showing delivery, and ask if they could please release your payout at the given date for release.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
