Hi, my feed back is showing 0% positive when it is actually 100 %  . Anyone know why this is or how to correct it - struggling to find correct category to chat to eBay

The rating is the average for the last 12 months and there's been no f/b left on your account in that time.

feedback is rated over the past 12 months,as you haven't had any transactions with feedbacl left your rating is 0% as soon as feedback is left for you either biuying or selling it will change
