Feedback Blackmail

I’m very confused. A buyer left fake negative feedback and said they will only change it if I sell them other stuff for cheaper. I can’t get it removed because it doesn’t ’violate policy’ but I have the messages, he’ll change the feedback if I sell X for 50% off. 
What am I supposed to do? He’s a terrorist holding my feedback to ransom

Surely that's feedback extortion which of course is against ebay's rules.   Try reporting them from here:

Then try again to get the neg removed.

I’ve tried both. No policy violation found.

I think the problems that he wrote the feedback then started the foolishness. 
EBay check the feedback OR the messages but don’t marry the lanes so they see any violation. 

I’ve reported the messages, the feedback, the buyer and no policy violation.

You need to speak to an agent, the robots do not understand the rules and would not recognise feedback extortion.

Try call back early in the morning and with luck you will get Dublin.

So an update. 

I managed to talk to someone. The links are helpful I suppose for pretty obvious things. Swear words, abuse etc

I spoke to an agent but had to do a kinda feedback loop with the chat bot thing for a few rounds.

They rang in about 30 seconds, investigated and now all is well.
