Hello thanks for supplying this fridge freezer I notice the 12 month guarantee has not been forwarded to me . The unit is working ok except it makes a loud rattle like a cow bell now and then and feel this isn’t right please advise me on how this problem can be resolved. Hello again.Unfortunately I need to tell you the fridge freezer is still faulty and making an awful clunking and rattling sound more than ever and I’m afraid I will lose all my frozen food. I bought this in good faith although being refurbished ( a few dents in the door. Please could you arrange a replacement or send an engineer to solve this problem.kind regards,
Hello, I can confirm the transport fixings are not applicable for this product.The refurbished product you supplied me is FAULTY! As I have told you in my previous communication the freezer is full of produce and if the freezer breaks down my frozen produce will be defrosted and spoilt .please don’t send me an automated reply to this email.i want a replacement fridge freezer ASAP as Christmas is nearly upon us.Regards,
