Hi everyone, finding the navigation to get to the right department to get answers and find out how I go about getting a full refund.

last year I bought my Son a Tag Heuer watch for doing well in his exams, the watch has gone back to Tag to have the crown fixed as it went faulty, and this afternoon I have been told by Tag it is replica fake. Could anyone kindly tell me how I go about getting a full refund and and what steps to take next? Any help is hugely appreciated.
