Fake Montirex

Bought tshirt snd shorts set Montirex listed as Bought new without tags.When received clearly not Montirex quality appears to be a poor quality fake .On sellers other Montirex items listed says bought in Turkey,the set I bought does not state this.Is there any action I can take ?Thanks

Open 'Not as described' return case which needs to be escalated to eBay after 4 days --- follow instructions carefully --- Seller or eBay should supply a prepaid return label.
