I ordered a radiator from a company in Germany that said shipping to the UK was free, but now UPS are asking for £26.00 before realising package. Any experience of similar?

Shipping may have been free, but you're importing an item so it will be subject to import fees - these are set by our very own HMRC, and nothing to do with eBay or their sellers.

You'll need to pay it in order to receive your item.
