Excepting Remorse Returns

If i sell an item as a private seller do i have to accept remorse returns? Or can i decide on a sale by sale basis? if i do accept am i responsible for the return postage?

Re: Excepting Remorse Returns

it's usually best to accept "change of mind" returns where buyer pays return postage.   Otherwise they sometimes invent reasons for "not as described" returns where seller pays for return.   eBay tend to favour buyers when it comes to disputes.
