During transit my parcel showing damaged and now its stuck during delivery from 2 days.how to resolve this issue with evri?

Ask buyer to open a case on ebay using the reason "damaged" or "not received".     With ebay's simple delivery ebay should then refund the buyer and you keep the payment.
