No there is no such block, but if you have a bad Evri delivery person in your area you are right to avoid this courier.
Click on seller's postage details, then the next page will show courier / postal service used.
You could also to be double sure, message the seller beforehand, to make sure they do not use Evri, explaining the failures you've had with Evri in the past.
