Evri taking over a month

Hello,

I won a few items from the same seller.  Using Evri which I hate using.  The tracking started on the 5th January, it is now the 10th Febuary, last update was the 29th January.  Will eBay do anything to get my money back since its technically saying it will arrive?  They have said on their online bot chat that is nothing happens till the 15th, they will step in.

You can open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date.

Escalate on day 4.

Delivery date can't change from that shown on item in purchase history.

What is the latest estimated delivery date?  You need to look at the email you got from Ebay when you paid.

Have you opened a case saying you have not received your items?
