Evri refuse to take parcel

Hello,

i go to evri, to send a ebay parcel but they refuse saying it has liquid.

Can i change it to royal mail or any thing else so i send the item. Customer is waiting.

that product is BMW carkit.

First of all you would need to check that RM will accept. If Evri refuse I would exorct thecsame from RM.

If you can send, then you would use post in the normal way, and then cancel any simple delivery label.  If buyer paid for label, then refund will go back to buyer, leaving you out of pocket. You would not be a le to charge buyer any more than originally quoted.
