How many of you have chosen Click & Collect to the Post Office w/ Evri being the only option, and packages have not been delivered??? Since 21st, and starting 12th/13th, Oct 2025 etc. North West London; Brent, Westminster etc.
Tracking on eBay says things like, 'Held due to Damage', 'Held due to address query', 'Return to sender requested', 'Label Reprinted' and your items are getting sent back to the seller???
It's been three weeks and Evri/eBay have not sorted this out. I have not heard from them, nor have they fixed the issues in this time. All the tracking updates is enough to work out what is going on.
My packages get to the National Sorting Hub, then it says, 'your parcel will be delivered to your chosen parcelshop today', then says 'unable to deliver' (on eBay) 'sorry we were unable to deliver your parcel today', (on Evri) and 'Delay - Allow 24hrs'.
It does this over and over again for days. 1 seller messaged saying they haven't got their item back, but the tracking says 'delivered through letterbox'. Another seller said their package was behind their bin, but the tracking says signed for. This wasn't happening before the 12th, 13th, or 14th.
This silly messaging system will only allow me to add 1 photo on here, so there's no point adding any photo; this must be happening with 1000s of packages and people, you think the demons would care to fix this.
Are any of you having these issues?
