Evri delivery

Morning all.

I sold an item last week and posted it the same day, 13th May via Ebay simple delivery and used Evri.

The parcel is still saying on the way and has been at the delivery depot since Friday.

I am also expecting a parcel via Evri and again the update is not changing, just says we've got it.

Is anybody else out there having issues with Evri and their system not updating.

For both if the items don't arrive you and your buyer should open "not received" cases on eBay.    With Simple Delivery eBay refund the buyer and the seller keeps the payment for the transaction. 

So select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later.
