I listed an item ie car wheel and tyre and I selected evri as courier. However now its sold evri wont take it they say only a tyre is accepted not with the wheel. How do I cancel the evri and reclaim that expense before shipping with somebody else.
Simple Delivery labels cannot be cancelled. Strictly speaking you should cancel/refund the transaction (via the menu arrow for the item on your sold list) and relist after opting out of Evri. You can opt out of using Evri here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf
If you don't want to cancel an alternative is to buy the postage out of your own pocket. If the transaction is marked as dispatched due to the original label you will get the payment but it will be held for 14 days. The unused postage label will be refunded after 30 days.
