Ebay simple delivery weight

Hi

I've sold an item and printed the eBay simple delivery label. It's automatically printed as 1kg, but the parcel is actually 4.5kg. Royal mail won't accept it. 

What can I do?

You can cancel the label and get a refund for that.  Go to Orders, select Postage Labels on the left-hand side, then go to the actions dropdown menu next to the label and select Void Label. 

Then buy your own postage from your post office.   When you do that you have to add the tracking number and mark as dispatched manually via the actions dropdown menu for the item on your orders page.

This is why working out proper postage cost yourself is better.

You need to weigh and measure packed item and check carriers yourself.
