I've reported a listing that literally confirmed in the title it was not physically present with the "seller" (i.e, it said "RTX 5090, confirmed order!" whereby the degenerate scum had made an order with a retailer for MSRP (£2000) and was then directly, before even possessing the item (it had only launched about the same hour as the report) sell it on for a huge profit (£3700+). This is already illegal with tickets to concerts, etc, ebay should crack down on this direct and deliberate exploitation of low volume launches to conduct "man in the middle" extortion. The seller doesn't even have the product yet.
Yet my report was not considered to be in violation of any policies - despite there being a policy about listing "placeholder" listings. Did the "customer service agent" even look at my report?
