Ebay is a nightmare

I am having a massive problem with both the app and the website. Nothing works.

I need to update my payout settings because my previous bank account is no longer used. When using the app, once the previous account details are cancelled and the new account details added, the app gets stuck with the loading symbol spinning eternally. Since I was not able to navigate the website on my phone, I redirected to the eBay website on my laptop hoping for the best.

I was slightly luckier with the laptop and able to add the new bank account, but eBay then requested verification of the account by confirming the bank details or by sending some documentation. The latter is likely to take from 5 to 7 working days to complete the process. The first option, verifying the details by confirming their accuracy, is, however, not possible, as there is no way to move forward or backwards from that page. If you recommend contacting eBay directly, that is a good idea. However, the only way to get a response seems to be navigating all those irrelevant options and asking them to call you back. When I requested a callback, there seemed to be a problem with my telephone number.

Could you please let me know if there is an email that can be used to contact them or if anyone is experiencing all this XXXX? I guess they are in the process of updating their website and app, but this is causing me huge frustration.

Ebay is a nightmare

Sorry,  there is no email for eBay, contact is only through a Call Back option I will give the best link below and I do recommend contacting Customer Services very first thing in the morning when the lines first open at 8 a.m. as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

If there's an issue with your phone numbers, you must correct these first on your eBay account, but use a laptop / PC and try Chrome to do this as the app and mobile browser are very limited,  change your phone details in your Personal Information in your Site Preferences.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

As said,  I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
