Anybody else had their ebay balance dissapear after a failed purchase? How long was it before being refunded? Its been a week now, ebay is advising they don't know why or when but i will get my money back eventually.
I was part using my balance and bank account. The purchase failed, i recieved an HTML error and funds insufficient message. Funds were not insufficient.
I wanted the item so bought it outright quickly after the failed purchase using my bank only.
