Ebay Seller cancels order and then blocks my accounts so I can't amend the address or leave feedback

There is an Ebay seller who I am trying to purchase a barbie doll from but each time the seller cancels the order over address issues and then blocks my account so I cannot amend address. The first time I used my account then used my husband's account and used ebay's reccomended address to place the order but then they go and cancel the order and block my husband's account so that he can't even leave a negative feedback.

Is there a way to leave a negative feedback on their account?

Don't keep trying to buy from this seller, if they've blocked you and you're using another account to try to circumvent their block then eBay regard this as malicious, and will take action against all involved accounts.

This seller clearly doesn't want to sell to you.

No,  you cannot leave feedback if you haven't made a purchase.

You'll have to find another seller as this one is not accepting any bids or offers from you,  a seller is allowed to block a buyer and does not have to have a reason for this, but the incorrect address offered the first time could be the reason,  no one wishes their item to be sent only for it to perhaps be returned.

There are over 50,000 Barbie dolls listed,  I'm sure you'll find the exact one you are after,  from another seller.
