Ebay NOT resolving my restriction

Hi,

 

I have been struggling with eBays customer support for over a week now, they've decided to leave me with a restricted account at there own fault, they decided that they now require uploaded tracking, that is fine, and I'm sorry eBay that I missed that message, I get 100's of emails from you everyday, it happens, why not call me to resolve the issue?

 

apparently the restriction is automated, but these clever buggers decided to only un-restrict me after I've cleared all of the cases, again this takes time and there are always cases open, it happens, people don't receive goods, its delayed, damaged, lost, stolen, etc.. not all our fault, but i complied and closed all cased before i could resolve them.

 

I have 2 cases open that have been awaiting eBays Decision, I can't close these myself, why do you need to be like this to your sellers? I feel like i've been doing something wrong to you, why have I really been restricted? Its all in your hands, but you're pretending like its down to me to resolve.

 

There is a reason why people are leaving eBay, there is a reason why eBays traffic is going down. I am a legitimate seller and you treat me like S***

 

By the way the 2 cases that are awaiting your decision are chargebacks and is because a buyer didn't recognise the transaction, and a buyer bought an incorrect item.

 

I'm so thankful to amazon, they don't do this nonsense to me. 

 

eBay seller for 15 years and have had many situations like this in the past, even to a stage where they were holding over £50,000 in which I had to get a solicitor involved, all because of there nonsense that they apparently can't control.

 

If these guys really cared, they would not have made me wait this long.

Additionally  my listings have been hidden for 10 Days, all because I have 2 cases awaiting ebays resolve. This is the most shameful thing you have ever done eBay. We run a warehouse in Hertfordshire and have employees that will need to be dismissed. How dare you treat UK Companies and employees like this.

You are not talking to eBay here. This is a user to user support group, so we are  just other users like yourself.

 

There is very little help we can offer on account restrictions. Even if we knew the circumstances, account issues are between the account holder and eBay.

 

The only good news is that if eBay is still asking for information your restriction. At least this is presumably not indefinite, which on eBay would mean permanent with no right of appeal.

 

All you can do is to keep your cool and try to resolve the issues with eBay. Good luck anyway!
