Hello,
I am writing to express my frustration at my inability to contact eBay staff regarding an ongoing issue. My emails have been ignored, and I cannot locate a clear option to escalate my complaint through the website's help resources.
I initially attempted to resolve this issue through the dispute process, but I have received no response. Could someone please advise me on how to find the appropriate contact information or complaint option on the eBay website? I need to speak with a member of the eBay staff to resolve this matter.

The only way to contact ebay is through live chat or call back. They don't publish a complaint process and they don't communicate through emails, other than generally.

eBay's dispute procedures are almost entirely automated. If you wish to let us know what's happened, including how and when you paid and the type of dispute you opened, someone here will be able to suggest what your present options are.
