Ebay Fees, Changing the account from private to business

HI I have trying to contact Ebay but its telling me that Sorry, live support's currently unavailable.

Am having problem as I have changed my Ebay account from private to business with active listings but the Buyer Protection Fees Hasn't been removed and I mean my active listings prices are showed with including buyer protection fees so for example my price is £58 then its showing to people £62 but when you click buy it now then its changing to normal price of £58. and just wondering how to fix that as its showing the people fake price. Did anyone have the same problem ?

Depending on when you changed the account it may take a day or two for things to iron out as eBay systems will need to re-index your listings etc. if it’s still not showing correct by the end of the week may be worth getting in touch with CS.

I think it's because you have no returns on your listings. You need to edit them to accept returns then it should remove tyhe BPF.
