Hi,
I'm a new seller on eBay. Evri lost my parcel; I refunded my buyer, but when I contacted Evri about a refund, they sent me an email after three weeks with this information.
"After looking further into your enquiry unfortunately I am unable to take the matter further on our side. I appreciate that Ebay keep referring you back to us, However we are unable to compensate you directly as you purchased the postage from Ebay, therefore you will need to discuss the matter directly with them."
I don't understand what to do now to claim money back . What is the difference if I print label ebay/evri point

As you didn't buy your label from Evri they wont help you.
You must raise a claim with Packlink,eBays parcel broker https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360014270619
the claim period is 30 calendar days from the collection/drop-off date

This is what happens when you use a third party, who delivers nothing. Far better to cut out the middleman and arrange your own deliveries with Royal Mail or Courier.
I do not know about Packlink, but most couriers only pay a maximum of £20 compensation, and exclude breakages completely.
