I sold a gift set on EBay on 18 February provided Tracking number. Buyer has left feedback as item has been delivered on 20 February. EBay have not paid me payment owed. Have checked Royal Mail Tracking - item has been delivered

There are ebay issues with there tracking updating,so if the RM website says delivered you can contact ebay with the details of tracking and they will release the payment for you, eBay Customer Service
