EBay cancelled item due to systems error but I still received item and a refund

Hi,

I bought an item last week on eBay. I paid for it and it was shipped but eBay sent an email saying the order had been cancelled due to a 'systems error'.

Ive received a refund from eBay and the item in the post but the seller has had the money taken back. Can't find how to contact eBay and don't want to pay a bank transfer directly incase the money goes out twice once eBay realise. Also, don't wan lt the seller to be out of pocket!

The "System Error" was eBay using old addresses for purchases made via the app,so I would wait to see if you receive your item.If you do, contact the seller and ask how they would like to be repaid, this can be via Paypal,bank transfer,cheque etc whichever you both agree to.
