EBay balance, combined invoices, seller auto bot help

Hi all, hope someone can advise on the following:-

1. How do I find eBay balance and breakdown whilst in Seller Hub? Do I really have to opt out of SH to see it in my eBay?

2. is combined invoices still not working? I ticked the boxes next to the items and selected combine invoice, it let me adjust the postage but they error message appeared when I tried to send to buyer.

3. The new seller autobot help is total rubbish..cannot get to an agent..is there any other way to get help?

You should be able to view balance & breakdown in your my ebay & seller hub

Still ongoing  issues with doing combined payments.

AI is always being improved.............
