EBay is the worse company to deal with after receiving defective trainers from a seller, seller refusing to issue a refund and eBay money back guarantee is lie! EBay wouldn’t issue the refund now I’m down £260 for a pair of trainers I can’t wear! The company is awful and is favours scammers over the customers, been reported to trading standards as company need shutting down, plus the customer services is a joke just get fobbed off idiots! PayPal is a joke aswell also favouring the seller but I refuse to pay the rest on PayPal and blocked all payments

This is a board where members ask questions and we try and help them with answers. You haven't actually asked a question but I will ask you some just in case we can help you. Most of the time these issues are caused by members not understanding how the systems work.
1. Did the trainers go through the authentication process?
2. Why did the money back guarantee not cover you? For example, what reason did you give for the case and did you open it within 30 days of delivery and then follow all the appropriate steps?
3. Did you open a a case in Paypal at the same time as you had the ebay case open?
4 Why did you lose the Paypal case?
It's no good taking ebay to TS because they didn't sell you anything.
You won't get away with not paying the balance if you lost your Paypal case.

It's nigh on impossible for a buyer to lose out on an eBay purchase.
Did you open an eBay return within 30 days of receiving the trainers, and did you select a 'not as described' reason?

papso22 has asked the questions for the information you failed to give in your “question”.
Used correctly the Money back guarantee works well, so long as opened within the 30 days, but it sounds as though you either opened the wrong case, or opened cases with both ebay and paypal at the same time which would cause both companies to close your cases.

without you giving the requested information we cannot really help you.
However you say -
"PayPal is a joke aswell also favouring the seller but I refuse to pay the rest on PayPal and blocked all payments"
Exactly what "rest" are you speaking about paying?
eBay only deal in single payments and once PayPal gets involved eBay have no further interest.
