Double charge

Hi There,

I noticed I got double charged with shipping cost with 2 tracking number

Postage label for order no. 27-12760-76301

Tracking no. SE281993945GB

ROYALMAIL

Postage label for order no. 27-12760-76301

Tracking no. SE281991215GB

ROYALMAIL

Is this something what I can claim back like one of the fees 

-£17.35

Also I got paid by the buyer a week ago but I can not withdraw the money!

Is it takes over a week to check my bank details?

Thank you for your post.

You should be able to cancel the postage label you didn't use by going to the actions drop down and selecting cancel label. The bank verification part can take a few days. If micro deposits was done it can take a bit longer depending on the bank. Ebay send notification once the account is ready for payouts.

Hi Kat,

The double charge is already deducted from my total funds.
There is no option to cancel.

Also it's starting to worry me because I can not access my fund. My item
was sold 2weeks ago. 3rd of March.

I used my account years back with Ebay and had no problem with it but I can
not withrow it.
The option is there but the function isn't working??

Could you please help me sort this out?

RM tracking shows 1st label as delivered. 

2nd label as awaiting you taking to PO.

Yes, I printed 2 labels as the first one wasn’t enough for the weight limit
so I printed the 2nd one which shows it’s been delivered to the address last Friday..
But both was deducted from the fund.
Is it any chance I can get back one label charge?
Also I updated my account details because I can’t access to my funds for over a week..
I use this account for years with eBay
Anything else I can do?

Hi @robitusin15 ,

As you have updated your bank account details then eBay will need to verify them on their end. This can take up to 48 hours from when they were updated.

If you haven't used the second label it needs to be voided within 14 days to get the refund. If you go to the postage labels on your account the action drop down is beside it and there is the option to cancel label there.

Hi Kat,
I haven’t been able to sort out cancelling the double charge fees. I don’t have the option on the screen what you’re mentioning in the email.
It’s really unfortunate. I can send a screenshot about the whole process.
It doesn’t make sense.
Even with the payment.
It says customer received the item on 3rd of March funds are available since 5th of March and I was unable to withdraw it.
This is why I was updating my account details on the 13th of March in case I missed some numbers, now I have to wait 48 hours again.
I really hope is going to resolve on the next 2 days and I don’t have to make further actions.

Thank you for your reply. You should be able to withdraw the funds by now as the verification should have taken place. 

Go to payments, On the blue banner showing the amount click on the > (you may need to sign in again here) a box comes up and click on the withdraw option at the end. If you see £0.00,  manually enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

For the postage labels is there no " actions " box beside the label you want to cancel?
