Does ebay contact you if your account is suspended ?

Current auction items are fine but can't see my saved draft listings anymore or when I make a new one and save it , it is blank when I open it. I recent sold an item and a message from eBay saying that the buyer had raised concerns and they were dealing with it. I could still message the buyer and they provided me with the items tracking log and confirmed it has been received ok and that they had not contacted ebay at all at any time. Unable to contact eBay as they're are unable to process emails at the moment and the call back option has disappeared completely and the chat bot can only repeat preset issues that anybody can read anyway, in short that's no use if you have the ability to read and if you can then you don't need to know what the chat bot says as you've read it before anyway. Anyway as I said I've know idea what's going on,not been contacted by eBay which they're obligated to do if the accounts being suspended. Coupled with the fact about my buyer raising concerns when I know they haven't this is concerning indeed.

Seeing blank pages,  are you using the app?

Many have been reporting this recently,  and the answer for most, is that the latest update was not installed.

Do you have this update....

Thank you for reply, I am currently using the app that I got from the play store which should be set to auto update but will definitely check. I did go into ebay via the website too and that was the same so maybe a conflict there. Thanks again I will try and find this post and reply if I can.

Ok, I was running version 6.2333.0.1 and have manually updated it through the play store to version 6.2333.1.2 . Incidently I did check for updates via the play store when the problem occurred and the update bit wasn't indicating that one was available. Anyway I've done the update and found that I  needed to restart my phone after the update to get it to implement it. I had to delete the test draft listing I'd done while the problem was active but the new test listing has saved to draft and I can now view it and use it as it should. The only thing to note is that when you press to see the draft you do still have a worryingly blank draft listing screen for 3 or 4 seconds and then it kicks in and displays it.

Apologies for the initial panicky frustrated question and thank you very much for solving my issue.  For anyone suffering from this issue just follow the advice I was given here, do check your ebay version against the play store version and remember to restart your mobile device once the update has been installed successfully.
