Combined Postage

A customer has bought multiple items which takes my parcel over the 1kg weight and dimensions listed for each item. Will my QR code for Simple Delivery take this into consideration or do I need to make alterations to my delivery weight and dimensions and if so how do I do this?

I wouldn't risk it.   Up to the last week or so combining wasn't working at all with Simple Delivery.   Now that it is seems to be over-compensating and combining more items than the label can take.

Use the SD label for as many items that take you up to 1kg.   Then cancel the other transactions with buyer's agreement and relist on one listing with one postage for them to buy again.
