Does anyone know why a Negative/Positive Feedback always shows at the top of my Feedback on the page when I am selling an item and not the three MORE RECENT genuine positive Feedbacks from buyers. For example if I go to look at my listing and scroll down on the right, the first Feedback it shows is the person who said I had sold an item that was only usable in Japan, he was wrong but his Feedback is the first anyone sees which I think is unfair. I know someone on here will know the reason bu I can't think why.

On the right you can see members or yourself, can select feedback to show Most Recent or Most Relevant.
When you click on a member's feedback profile page the Most Relevant shows first. Has to show one or the other and eBay deems it best to show Most Relevant first!

IThere's nothing you can do about eBay's algorithm for what feedback is "most relevant". It's probably because it was the longest!
It's a pity you didn't contact customer support while you still could. They might have removed it because referring to you having blocked them from bidding is account info. It's too late now.

I didn't know that Red_ I had thought of asking THEM to remove the feedback but I knew they wouldn't have done that, so didn't ask. Thank you anyway, I do know now if I ever have such an awful buyer again.
