Does anyone know how to tackle the issue of damage item by delivery company?

This is going to be a second time I sold an item here on eBay and the buyer sent a picture to show that the item arrived broken and missing parts. I packed and sealed item in the right way but the buyer sent me a picture of how damaged it was upon receipt.

I initiated a refund and asked the buyer to keep the item the first time but this time I don't think I can do that cause the price is a bit high. I have searched through eBay to see if there's any help in this regard but none was found.

I believe the delivery company are at fault and I used the eBay simple delivery.

If you used an eBay Simple delivery label then they are responsible for refunding the buyer.

 

Your buyer should open an eBay return and select the 'Arrived damaged' reason.
