Does Ebay do anything about vehicle listings that don't mention Category S status?

Does Ebay do anything about vehicle listings that don't mention Category S status? I've seen too many but can't find a way to report them effectively.

There is no ebay protection for vehicles. 

Buyers have to do their own checks.
