I purchased a wig and I have had issue with it as I've only just used it once the wig has bcome hard brissly and knotted itself can't comb it throughly and the top part of the wig has no natural look it's just round and hard looks unnatural.feels hard on head it's. Costly and a total waste of money. I'd like to return it because I have had no use out of this. And it's just a faulty wig

If it's still within 30 days of the delivery date start a return on here:

select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

If it's more than 30 days it's too late to do anything via ebay but contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
