Hello 

I started a return for my parcel and was told I need to return it by May 27. However, I haven’t received any QR code. Now, every post office I go they say I can’t return it without a QR code

What should I do?

There isn't a QR code, if you read the message it tells you to buy a label from your preferred courier (or Royal Mail) and send the item back to the address provided there.

You buy it as you would any postage, eg. from your post office.    As the seller is in China ebay cannot enforce seller-paid return postage so you have to pay for it yourself.    Then enter the tracking number into your return on ebay.   

You might want to copy & paste their return address into Google translate to make it more useable.   And put China at the end of it.
