I sent the goods to the buyer this morning by tracked Royal mail. How can I get payment released

Once tracking shows delivery your payout will be released 2 days after that delivery date.

Be aware as you are a new seller,  your initial payouts may be on hold for up to 30 days.  This is a usual security measure for all new and returning sellers.
