Disappearing Click and Collect in Taunton.....

Until recently, customers were able to get their click and collect ebay parcels delivered to Taunton Sainsburys Argos at Hankridge. For some reason this is no longer an option when buying and ebay's AI assistant is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard in response. Thus I've just had to cancel my order, who knows - just maybe someone at ebay might just read this (only they must be losing revenue)....

Many stores are removing the facility to become a Click & Collect point for eBay.  There have been many disgruntled people who have not read the C & C , T & C's correctly,  arrive without the collection code or after the 7 days allowed , and become rude and aggressive to staff who cannot hand over their item, so one staff member at Argos / Sainsbury told me.

On top of this for any item not collected,  the store either has to send it back to the seller, give it to charity or dispose of it, extra work for busy staff, so as said,  stores are slowly revoking their decision to be those C & C points.
