Which device and browser you are using.
If the app, that is suffering more than its usual glitches, so if using this, switch if you can to a laptop /PC, and try Chrome that seems to work well with eBay.
There's also a new update for the app, if you're using this, do you have it ... version 6.2.46.0.1
