Counterfeit policy.

Hello

I have received a restriction on my account for a Counterfeit policy. How do I find out what the listing was that caused the restriction. The email sent from ebay doesn't state the item just the policy violation and what restriction I have

Counterfeit policy.

You'll need to contact eBay Customer Services for this.  They may tell you which item (s) are involved though be prepared that restrictions are often not discussed or explained further than any message you've received.

 

To Contact Customer Services I recommend using the link below for a Call Back option, and call as close to 8 a.m. on weekdays as possible, as there's more chance then, of Dublin answering.
