Difficulty confirming collection

My phone is showing that my ebay is 'out of date', but I can't get rid of it to install a new ebay account.   I need to have this on my phone to confirm collection - any ideas please?   I've sold an item and can access the details on the pc, but that won't help when the buyer collects.

For the collection you can manually enter the buyer's 6 digit code in View order details on your desktop.   See "Proof of collection" on here:
