I have several current listings, I wast them all to be collection only however, during the listing’s creation, after I selected the collection only option, I pressed ‘done’ to return to the creation page, the page then glitched and returned the option to postage only. After trying a few more times, with the same result, I made one listing live and revised it to collection only, which seemed to work. So I made all 10 listings live but whilst revising I discovered the same glitch happening again and again. Now I have 8 live listings and any buyers are going to expect me to post this items, which is really difficult as I’m currently on my own and have to do postage stuff during work hours, which makes it near impossible.
What am I doing wrong please?
