Delivery address

I was unable to use the Evri prepaid label due to the buyer not being able to input his correct address, for some reason eBay wouldn't accept his address. I have had to send through RM tracked. I am now unable to input tracking details on eBay, I have sent this privately to the buyer. Will this effect me being paid/ finds released?

You can cancel the first label.   Find it on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub
And on the left of sales record there's a dropdown menu under "Actions".   Click on that then click on "Void Label". 

Then you should be able to add the correct tracking number.    Without it your money may be held for up to 30 days.  

If you still have problems adding or changing the tracking you can contact ebay and they'll do it for you.  You can use callback on here:
